1. Who we are
storefolk.co ("the site") is operated by Storefolk, a Roar Studio company ("Storefolk", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the site. By using the site you agree to them.
2. What this site is — and is not
The site is a showcase for Storefolk's Shopify themes and a hub for documentation, support, and product updates. The site does not sell anything directly. All Storefolk themes are sold exclusively through the Shopify Theme Store. Any purchase, license, refund, or billing matter is governed by Shopify's Theme Store terms and your agreement with Shopify — not by these terms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, and the Storefolk name and logo — belongs to Storefolk or its licensors. You may browse and link to the site freely. You may not copy, republish, or resell site content without written permission. Theme licenses are granted through the Shopify Theme Store under its terms, not through this site.
4. Documentation and support
Documentation at docs.storefolk.co and answers given through our support channel are provided in good faith to help you use our themes. They describe the themes as released; your store's apps, customizations, and third-party code are outside our control. Support does not include custom development unless we agree to it in writing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the support form to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, to distribute malware, or to attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
6. No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no warranty that either will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product details (features, scores, availability) may change as themes are updated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storefolk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability relating to a theme purchase is governed by Shopify's Theme Store terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.
