Privacy Policy

1. The short version
We collect as little as possible. No advertising, no data sale, no cross-site tracking, no cookies set by us. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the support form — and it goes to our inbox, not into a database.
2. Support form
When you use the form on /support/, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit (and a theme/order ID if you include one). This data is transmitted to our support inbox (support@storefolk.co) so we can reply to you. It is not stored in a database on this site, not used for marketing, and not shared with anyone except the infrastructure that delivers it (see section 4). We keep support emails as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the conversation; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
3. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service. It gives us aggregate numbers — page views, referrers, country-level location, browser type — without tracking you individually across sites and without setting cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising analytics.
4. Infrastructure
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and the support form is delivered by a Cloudflare Worker using Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and route email, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. Documentation lives on the docs.storefolk.co subdomain on the same basis.
5. Links to other services
The site links to the Shopify Theme Store and to our social profiles. Once you follow a link, that service's privacy policy applies — most importantly, any theme purchase happens on Shopify under Shopify's terms and privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you (in practice: your support emails), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@storefolk.co and we will respond within one business day.
7. Children
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
8. Changes
If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
